CS Instruments powers the young ones

Sponsoring isn't anything new in sports - but starting with the youngest, shows that team spirit and steering focus on future topics helps to sharpen the view on efficient and environmental friendly living.

With eyes glowing and out of breath, 9(+2) boys and one girl of soccer E2-Team, of club FC Tarp-Oeversee, the team wears their new track suits. It's the first time for most of them, wearing a suit matching the light blue colours of their club - and having all their friends wearing the same not only helps raise motivation on the field, but the team spirit is also boosted. While it that is clear to the team, it is not clear to them who their new sponsor is.

Social responsibility saves starting towards future

No problem says Katja Heinrich, employee of CS Instruments, whilst she explains about compressed air: 'Energy', to be seen as power for operations, is not just transmitted in form of electricity but also in form of (compressed) air. A little confusing at first, most of the kids got clear but most of the kids understood by the mention of the hotair baloon as an example. Numerous adventures above the clouds came into mind, including never to know where you get - all depending on the direction of the wind. And this is how compressed air works: directed via pipes to the point of operation, it brings robots into life, powers production lines, blows shredded cheese into bags; and forms metal plates into satellite dishes. Wow, this explanation did not fail to impressed the team.

Efficient usage of compressed air to safe on energy

How big compressed air is in the production industry and how big the savings could be, will might soon be discovered by someone of the young team itself. CS Instruments already knows The company supports it's customers with proven measurement systems, reliable sensors and intelligent chart recorders for precise analysis. To monitor a complete production line, dew-point-, pressure and consumptions sensors could be used in connection with the intelligent chart recorder DS 500 and data will be recorded for month, keeping the data accessible on site or remote via GSM supported access.
