Dew point measurement in the painting process
Painting processes in the automotive industry and other branches of industry require high Compressed air quality. In particular, the residual moisture or Pressure dew point in the Compressed air must meet certain requirements, as otherwise the paint finish or the paint surface will be impaired.
To ensure process reliability during the painting process, continuous pressure dew point monitoring directly after the dryer and at the point of use is recommended.
We recommend the use of our FA510 Dew point transmitter or Dew point monitoring with the DS400 Dew point set.
