    Compressed air is produced in almost every production facility. Compressed air is an expensive, but also indispensable medium in industrial, automated production. Up to 30% of the generated compressed air is lost unused due to leakages. Finding and eliminating leaks therefore holds an enormous savings potential in every industrial company. With the LD 500 developed by CS, including evaluation software, the maintenance technician can find even the smallest leaks in the compressed air line quickly and easily. The special highlight, apart from the very precise measurement, is the built-in camera with which any leakage can be photographed. All necessary additional information such as measuring point name, leakage rate in l/min, costs in € etc. are stored in the LD 500. Via USB stick the data can be evaluated in the PC and detailed ISO 50001 energy reports can be generated with the newly developed CS Leak Reporter software. In addition, the user also receives information on possible C0 2 savings or consumption.
