Waste electrical and electronic equipment contains valuable resources that can be recovered and reused in recycling processes. However, they also contain harmful substances that must not be released into the environment under any circumstances. As a manufacturer of B2B appliances, we are happy to fulfil our obligation to take back our old appliances.

We would like to make the service for taking back old appliances as convenient as possible for you and therefore offer you the following procedure:

1. End users of our devices can (if they wish to dispose of an old CS INSTRUMENTS device) fill out the following form and send it by e-mail to take-e-back@take-e-way.de.
2. Our partner take-e-way GmbH or our service department will then get in touch with you as soon as possible
