FA 510/515 - Dew point sensor for adsorption dryers

The proven FA 510 dew point sensor is now available with an IO-Link interface . The IO-Link interface enables easy integration of dew point measurement in front of machines and systems. Optionally available with integrated pressure sensors .

Monitoring a desiccant dryer is crucial for increasing energy efficiency, ensuring product quality, preventing damage to machinery, recognising maintenance needs and achieving cost savings. This contributes to the smooth functioning of compressed air systems in various industrial applications.

The sensor technology and evaluation electronics of our sensors have undergone continuous improvement. This implies an increased precision at varying ambient temperatures and a higher signal resolution of the sensor. Similar to their predecessor models, the new dew point sensors are characterised by long-lasting, stable and reliable measurement results. The sensor element is insensitive to condensation and is protected from direct contact with contaminated particles by the stainless steel sintered cap.
