Residual oil content measurement OILCHECK according to ISO 8573 - stationary solution

The OILCHECK residual oil sensor measures the Vaporous residual oil content in the compressed air and thus helps to keep compressed air lines as oil-free as possible. A representative partial volume flow is taken from the compressed air by means of sampling and fed to the OILCHECK. Continuous measuring means that limit value violations are recognised immediately and corrective measures are initiated, thus ensuring permanently oil-free compressed air.

Details

  • OIL-Check 400 - Residual oil measurement of the Vaporous residual oil content from 0.001...2.5 mg/m³, 3...16 bar. High-precision PID sensor, integrated mini-catalyser for zero-point calibration
  • Permanent, highly accurate residual oil measurement (oil vapour) with PID sensor (photo-ionisation detector)
  • Long-term stable measurement results thanks to automatic zero-point calibration. The integrated mini-catalyser reliably generates a defined reference gas for zero-point calibration.
  • In contrast to measuring systems that generate "zero air" or reference gas with activated carbon filters and are therefore dependent on the ageing and saturation of the activated carbon filters, the mini-catalyser generates the "zero air" without ageing and wear. No need to change activated carbon filters
  • Simple sampling via PTFE hose or stainless steel line
