Typical application examples for the CS Leak Reporter Cloud solution
You work for a service provider (Compressed air or pneumatics dealer) and offer the service to your customers (so you can give your customers access to their respective data).
You work for a company with several locations and want to compare or network them. You can then map the group structure as a user structure and the individual locations can work independently of each other. However, it is still possible to generate cross-location users or invite external service providers to the cloud, for example.
Typical application example for Leak Reporter 2.0
You work for a medium-sized company and a single employee is responsible for leak detection and rectification.
You need to know where each individual Leak is located and what is required to rectify it. To prioritise the Leakages, it is important to compare the effort (cost of spare parts, working time and production downtime?) with the return on fixing each Leak (energy costs caused by the Leak).
After you have fixed the Leakages and changed the status - you can quickly and easily present the savings to an auditor or your supervisor. Save your next audit in a new project and you have a history - what was done in your company and when to permanently reduce the Leak rate.

In 2021, CS INSTRUMENTS is now taking the next step and bringing Leak Management to the cloud and launching the improved Leak Reporter V2.
You can test both the Leak Reporter V2 and the Leak Reporter Cloud solution free of charge for 30 days. If you are already using Leak Reporter V1, you can simply import your database into V2 or Cloud. If you then decide to upgrade and are already using our Leak Reporter Software V1, we will give you a credit note.

The Leak Reporter Software V2 can be installed both as a programme and as a user. This means that you no longer need administrator rights (authorisation from IT) for the installation or automatic updates if you choose the user installation.
Cloud solution: As you log in via the browser with your e-mail address and password, you are no longer tied to your computer and an installation.
If several users are to have access to the Leakages data, you need a sophisticated user and access management system.
This allows you to create and maintain users inside and outside the organisation (admin, user, guest, individual roles).
You can set up a user hierarchy to suit your framework conditions, which allows you to release individual resources (Leakages projects) specifically for each user and assign rights to functions within the Software.
Both the Leak Reporter V2 and the Cloud solution now import data as a sequence. This makes it even easier for you to import the latest Leakages to the right place so that you can keep track of them.

With both the Leak Reporter V2 and the Cloud solution, the project master data is now automatically set for each project. This allows you to see at a glance which configuration was used in the LD 500. If necessary, you can make adjustments here, which are then used globally for all Leakages within the project.
In LD 500, you can describe exactly what needs to be done to rectify each Leakage. This database can now also be generated using Leak Reporter V2 or Cloud and imported into LD 500.
We are continuously working on new functionalities and incorporate customer feedback into product development. If you decide to use the Leak Reporter V2 or the Cloud solution, you will benefit from the network effects.
The updates are automatically displayed and can be downloaded free of charge for the CS Leak Reporter V2.
