Measuring chamber for granulate dryers and gases

Plastic granules absorb moisture during transport and storage. If the plastic is not optimally dried during processing, this has a variety of negative effects on the end product. Bubbles or streaks appear on the surface or the dimensional accuracy is not guaranteed. The measuring chamber for granulate dryers can be easily connected to the granulate dryer via a Teflon line. During drying, the Dew point should be in the range of -30...-60 °C. Process connection G ¼" internal thread for connection to the process air. The G ½" thread for connecting the Dew point sensor. The measuring chamber can be used from -1 to 16 bar.

  • Can be used from -1...16 bar
  • Process connection: Push-in connection for 6 mm hose at inlet and outlet or G 1/4" internal thread when used without push-in connections
  • Sensor connection: G 1/2" female thread
  • The flow rate of at least 2 litres/min of air/gas must be ensured on site
