High-pressure protection

This additional device is used to install CS sensors of the VA 5xx series under Pressure and to fix them securely. Its use is strongly recommended for media pressures from 10 bar.

Details

  • Set up the measuring site with pipe connection (R 1/2 male thread) according to the specifications in the installation instructions for the VA 500 sensor
  • Screw on the High-pressure protection pressure-tight and align it so that the Ball valve can be operated by hand
  • Close the Ball valve before installing the sensor
