This accessory is designed to allow for the installation and secure mounting of CS sensors of the VA 5xx/VD 5xx series under pressure. Its use is strongly recommended for media pressures of 10 bar or higher.

Details

  • Set up the point of measurement with a pipe fitting (R 1/2 male thread) according to the instructions in the sensor installation manual
  • Screw on the high-pressure protection so that it is pressure-tight and align it so that the ball valve can be operated by hand
  • Close the ball valve before installing the sensor
