CS Leak Reporter V2 - reporting software for LD 500/510 and LC 600

Once the leakage data documented with the LD 500 or LD 510 leakage measuring device has been imported into the "CS Leak Reporter V2" software, automated leakage reports can be created with just a few clicks. This automated process eliminates the need to manually note, sort and graphically process the data for documentation and analysis purposes.

With the report, operators of compressedair systems or their department managers, energy managers or ISO 50.001 auditors can quickly and easily show which leakages need to be repaired or have been repaired and how much compressed air and thus energy loss and thus CO2 emissions, for example, can be saved. The report shows the savings in energy costs in e.g. €, the savings in electrical energy in kWh and the savings in CO emissions in tonnes of CO2 per year.

You can create the clear leakages report for the entire company or for each department. All the necessary configuration options can be found within the software.

The automatic totalling of the report means that you always have an overview of the total leakage quantity in l/min and are always aware of the associated leakage costs per year.

In addition, the software calculates the CO2 emissions of individual leakages and the sum of the emissions of all leakages, thus clearly demonstrating that the elimination of compressed air leakages is an important component in the decarbonisation of manufacturing industries.
